Leb-ID took part in promoting the TESSA-ICU training program, designed for fresh graduates interested in the agri-food sector. The program aims to provide participants with real-world experience through two months of training at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture in Zahle and Bekaa, followed by two months of paid practical training at leading agri-food companies. It also offers mentorship from industry professionals and helps trainees develop career-boosting skills in this growing field.
شاركت جمعية المبادرة اللبنانية للإنماء في الترويج لبرنامج التدريب المصمّم للخريجين الجدد المهتمين بقطاع الأغذية الزراعية. يهدف البرنامج إلى تزويد المشاركين بخبرة عملية من خلال شهرين من التدريب في غرفة التجارة والصناعة والزراعة في زحلة والبقاع، تليهما شهران من التدريب العملي المدفوع في أبرز شركات الأغذية الزراعية. كما يقدّم البرنامج إرشادًا من مختصين في القطاع ويساعد المتدرّبين على تطوير مهارات تعزّز مسيرتهم المهنية في هذا المجال المتنامي
