.قامت جمعية المبادرة اللبنانية للإنماء بدعوة مدير عام وزارة الزراعة المهندس لويس لحود وبلدية أبلح لزيارة البلدة بتاريخ ٢٠ أيلول ٢٠٢٥، وتضمّنت الزيارة ثلاث محطات رئيسية

 

The Lebanese Initiative for Development LEB-ID invited the Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Engineer Louis Lahoud, and the Municipality of Ablah for a visit to the town on September 20, 2025. The visit included three main stops:

First stop: A tour of the public gardens, during which a tree-planting project was launched, covering Ablah and its entrances.

Second stop: A meeting at Ablah Municipality, where LEB-ID announced the organization of the upcoming mouneh exhibition in the Bekaa at the end of June 2026, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Municipality of Ablah, in honor of the late Director General Joseph Jabbour.

Third stop: A scientific seminar on the integrated management of major grape diseases in Lebanon, presented by Dr. Elia Choueiri, Head of the Plant Protection Laboratory at the Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute (LARI).
